""We thank the forces operating in the field for their quick and determined response," the Binyamin Council said.

The council adds: "It is important to state clearly - this is not a criminal incident. The settlement farms in Binyamin, Judea and Samaria are faced time and again with terrorism in the form of attempted robberies and harassment by Arab rioters who seek to push Israeli settlement out of the area.".

""After that, the same elements try to distort reality and present the settlers as those who engage in 'settler violence.' The settlement will not be deterred and will not surrender to terror and attempts at protectionism. We will continue to hold on to the land, develop the farms and maintain state lands and security in the area.".
