Oliveira, who is known for anti-Semitic videos about American Jewry, was filmed online by users who spotted him at the airport boarding an El Al flight to Israel.
According to a report in Kan News, Diaspora Minister Amichai Shikli told far-right activist Laura to say that he "had the pleasure" of ensuring that Oliveira would not be allowed to enter Israel.
Shikley said he believes Oliveira wanted to come to Israel to spread anti-Jewish and anti-Israeli propaganda.
Oliveira, who was recently interviewed on Tucker Carlson's anti-Israel podcast, is well known for the video he created, called "The Jewish Invasion of New Jersey" - which focuses on the city of Lakewood, where many ultra-Orthodox people live.
Last month, Oliveira published a similar chapter on Kiryat Yoel, the city of Satmar Hasidim in New York State, in which he allegedly presented the exploitation of the American welfare system by ultra-Orthodox Jews.
The YouTuber claims that he is not anti-Semitic, and that he has posted videos about various minority groups in the United States, but he opened his notable episode with the words: "Hello Gentiles, I posted a 73-minute documentary about the Jewish invasion of New Jersey.".
