United Hatzalah medical teams performed CPR on a worker (about 35 years old) who was critically injured in a work accident at a construction site on Derech Hebron Street in Jerusalem.
Yaakov Bass, a paramedic at the United Hatzalah, and paramedics Elia Benizri and Hillel Kahn said: "Unfortunately, he was pronounced dead after the resuscitation efforts we made on him. They told us that a heavy iron mold fell on him while he was working on the sixth floor at the construction site.".
Police officers from the Moriah Station and forensics from the Jerusalem District, who were called to the scene of the incident, began collecting evidence and investigating the circumstances of the incident.
