An explosive drone launched before noon (Friday) by the terrorist organization Hezbollah fell in Israeli territory, near the Lebanese border - seriously injuring an IDF soldier and moderately injuring another soldier.
The fighters were evacuated to the hospital for medical treatment.
Earlier, Hezbollah terrorists launched several explosive drones that exploded near IDF forces operating in southern Lebanon. As a result, an IDF soldier was moderately injured and was taken to the hospital for medical treatment.
In recent hours, the terrorist organization has launched several rockets and mortar shells at our forces in southern Lebanon. The Air Force intercepted one launch, and the rest fell near the forces and caused no casualties.
By policy, no alerts were triggered.
Since the beginning of the ceasefire in Lebanon: 40 IDF fighters have been injured as a result of Hezbollah's explosive drones, and another 3 IDF fighters and security forces personnel have been killed by drones.
