Tragedy with the help of Torah: A one-and-a-half-year-old toddler did not wake up from her sleep - her condition is critical

A one and a half year old toddler lost consciousness this morning (Monday) in her home in the Ezrat Torah neighborhood in Jerusalem.

Rescue forces called to the scene performed CPR on her, after which she was evacuated to a hospital, in critical condition.

Dr. Aryeh Yaffe, a volunteer doctor at United Hatzalah, and paramedics Sharuli Litzman and Haim Horwitz, who arrived first, said: "We were told that she had not woken up from her sleep. We performed CPR on her and then she was taken to the hospital while CPR continued in critical condition.".

United Hatzalah's resilience teams were on site due to the nature of the event.
