On Saturday night, a report was received of an assault, dog bite, and theft in the city of Ashdod.
The Ashdod police station officers who were called to the scene found the 72-year-old victim, bruised and upset.
An initial investigation revealed that the victim and the suspect met in the public park with their dogs, and an argument developed between the two.
