Police officers from the Lev HaBira station, Border Police, Jerusalem Police, and Jerusalem Municipality officials worked today (Wednesday) to remove incitement on the streets of the Mea Shearim neighborhood.
During the activity, PLO flags were removed and dozens of graffiti including PLO flags and harsh incitement phrases - such as "Death to Zionists", which were sprayed on walls throughout the neighborhood were cleaned.
Upon the end of the activity and the departure of the forces from the scene, local disturbances began, including the throwing of objects and stones at the forces.

There were no casualties among the police forces and no damage was caused.
