Naftali Bennett revealed the identity of a Shin Bet security officer, a security guard in the Personal Security Unit, who was one of his bodyguards - including his first name.
According to a report today (Wednesday) in 'Kan News', Bennett was required by security officials to remove the publications immediately.
Shin Bet law prohibits publishing the identities of service employees, even after their duties have ended. This is due to concerns for their personal safety and information security.

A few weeks ago, Kan News reported on clashes between Bennett and Shin Bet security guards, after he published real-time footage of his location in the Nahariya area - footage that the Shin Bet claimed posed a "security risk.".
Bennett's office said: "This was a mistake made in good faith. The post described a moving story about Bennett's meeting with one of the greatest commanders to ever rise to the IDF. The post has been deleted.".
