Insults, curses, and insults are part of the work of Knesset members. But sometimes the abuse also affects their families.
Against the backdrop of the coalition's attempts to advance the conscription law, opposition leader Yair Lapid recounted an incident that occurred yesterday (Tuesday) with his wife Lihi Lapid, when a yeshiva student, apparently from the Jerusalem faction, called her.
On his Telegram channel, Lapid wrote: "My wife received a call yesterday from a yeshiva student who shouted at her: 'May Gafni burn, and your husband too!'".
Lapid chose to address the Nazis in an amusing way - adding: "At least I won't go through this alone.".
