A month after former MP Yifat Tomer Yerushalmi was hospitalized at the Ichilov Medical Center in Tel Aviv: Today (Sunday), her investigation resumed at the Lahav 433 police offices in Lod.
Tomer Yerushalmi, who was released from Aviv Hospital last Friday, is being questioned under caution by the special team conducting the investigation into the leak of the videos from 'Yemen Field.'.
The police decision to investigate Tomer-Yerushalmi comes despite the fact that there is still no judge accompanying the investigation, due to the High Court of Justice's decision to invalidate both appointments of Justice Minister Yariv Levin.
According to a report in Maariv, the special investigation team continued its intensive investigation even during the former military prosecutor's hospitalization. The team, with the assistance of Lahav 433's cyber unit, scanned her cell phone, questioned some of her office staff at the Chief Military Attorney's Office, collected additional evidence, and seized the computers in her office and examined the extensive materials, messages, and correspondence she had with elements in her environment in connection with the leak of the videos.
Now, according to Maariv, Tomer-Yerushalmi will be forced to confront the solid evidence that the police claim has been collected so far in the case, and as necessary, confrontations will also take place between her and other people involved in the case.
