At the beginning of the visit, the Rebbe toured the newly renovated wing, expressing his admiration for the beauty and grandeur invested in the building. After taking his leave, the Rebbe affixed a mezuzah in the wing.
The Rebbe spoke words of encouragement and strength to the girls of the institution, and especially praised their modesty and their complete abstinence from the spirit of the street.
The Rebbe bestowed his blessings and blessed the hundreds of coins placed before him to be distributed to the girls as "Hanukkah money" on the holiday of Hanukkah.
At the "Lechaim" event that took place, the Rebbe recalled the exploits of his father, the Rebbe of Sanz, the author of "Shefa Chaim," who founded "She'erit HaPleita" and saved lives in Israel.
At the end, the Rebbe congratulated Rabbi Moshe Yona Rosenfeld, president and chairman of the institutions, and his son, the director general, Rabbi Chaim Elazar Rosenfeld, and expressed his appreciation for their work. He also congratulated Rabbi Gabriel Pappenheim, a member of the board and director general of the Maternity Recovery Center in Tilston, and Rabbi Mendel Tzimet, one of the institution's top executives.
Upon his departure, the Rebbe spoke words of encouragement to the staff of counselors at the institution, who sought advice on how to deal with the challenges facing the students of the institution.
