Amit Segal, the senior political commentator for News 12, conducted a comprehensive interview on journalist Ezra Klein's podcast at the New York Times and revealed that he had visited Ramallah in recent weeks.
""I visited Ramallah a few weeks ago in the largest mall," Segal said. "If I sent you the pictures, you wouldn't believe it was in Ramallah. You would tell me it was in Abu Dhabi or Cincinnati.
""It's better than any mall I've seen in Israel, and I went there with a kippah. No one said anything to me. And Ramallah was a city where 20 years ago, soldiers were lynched.".
