Incoming Shin Bet chief David Zini held an introductory meeting with the organization's coordinators, during which he reprimanded one of them for an expression he used.
According to a report this evening (Sunday) by Avishai Greenzig on the i24 channel, during the meeting, one of the coordinators explained one of the means that the Shin Bet uses "in a treasonous manner," as he put it.
Zini made it clear to him in response that from today the terminology in the Shin Bet is changing. "What is 'Gada'? From now on you are erasing this expression from your lexicon - there is only Judea and Samaria.".
According to coordinators who attended the meeting, it seems the symbolic message was: Don't expect me to continue the line of my predecessors.
The Shin Bet said: "We will not comment.".
