Recipe for making chocolate balls - the healthy version: a protein-rich dish

Indulgent chocolate balls are often a decadent dessert, but they don't have to be. They can also be a protein-rich treat if prepared correctly.

On the occasion of the launch of Formula 1 Chocolate Cream Flavor - a drink that replaces a complete meal, Herbalife is offering a recipe for making healthy, protein-enriched chocolate balls:

Ingredients (about 15 units):

10 scoops (125 grams) Herbalife ProMax protein powder

7 scoops (60 g) Herbalife Formula 1 Chocolate Cream Shake Powder

100 ml liquid (water or milk)

Optionally add to the mixture:

2 biscuits, coarsely crushed

Pistachios, finely chopped

Almonds, finely chopped

For the topping:

Cocoa, regular or toasted coconut, pistachios, dried raspberries, melted chocolate.

Preparation method:

Place the Promax, Formula 1 Chocolate Cream, milk or water, and any toppings you want in a bowl.

Roll into balls and watch what you like.

Place in the refrigerator for an hour or in the freezer.
