The chairman of the national camp, MK Benny Gantz, surprised MK Almog Cohen of Otzma Yehudit with a special delivery of food, on the occasion of the holiday of Purim.
Gantz explained that the move was made in the spirit of the holiday, which emphasizes the importance of unity among the people of Israel.
""Purim is a holiday of unity, and Almog and I disagree on many things, but we still have something in common, for example height, we are very close," he said humorously.
He added: "But even though we don't agree on anything, I think it's worth looking at unity, and on Purim it's very important, like Esther said to Mordechai, 'Go and gather all the Jews,' so I decided to gather Almog...""
Gantz concluded with a message to the public: "I also ask you at home, it's true that we sometimes disagree, with your neighbors and all the people, even if you disagree, to connect with each other.".
