The successful series "Cantorial Classics": In preparation for the holiday of Sukkot and winter, Cantor Yaakov Yosef Stark launches a moving and heartfelt performance of "Rain Prayer", originally performed by Cantor Moshe Ganshoff and composed by Yaakov Rapaport.

Cantor Stark chose to dedicate the "Rain Prayer" to the residents of the Land of Israel, after a year filled with sorrow that began with the terrible massacre and the kidnapped who have not yet returned to their homes. In his pleading voice, he seeks to echo once again the words that have taken on great and very painful meaning in recent times: "Their children, their blood will be poured out on you like water" - and inspires us to ask God again and again: "Return, for our breath is like water.".

As always, this time too, it is an elaborate production by conductor and arranger Meir Briskman, with Stark accompanied on keyboards by international pianist Menachem Bristovsky alongside the 'Core Music Collective' choir.
