'The 'Tikva Forum', which brings together families of kidnapped people, today (Sunday) sharply criticized the apparent hostage deal with the Hamas terrorist organization, as reported in the media.
The forum says that without the IDF entering Rafah, the fate of the hostages will remain in the hands of Hamas, creating a complete surrender to the psychological warfare being waged by the organization. The forum added that a deal that does not include all the hostages will endanger the lives of dozens of hostages who will lose the chance to escape captivity.
""In recent days, we have been learning from the media the details of the looming deal, a surrender deal to the Nazis and a deal that will mean the loss of the war and the almost complete loss of the hostages who will remain in Gaza.
""A decision on a deal that will prevent entry into Rafah immediately means losing the war, and its immediate consequence is handing the fate of our hostages over to the hands of the murderers from the Hamas terrorist organization.".
""Hamas is playing with us and apparently successfully. Every time the operation in Rafah comes up on the agenda, you can see Hamas' psychological terrorism as it is expressed in the latest videos.".
The families of the kidnapped in the Tikva forum added: "Selection among the kidnapped is the disgrace of the kidnapped and endangers the lives of those who will remain in Gaza. We repeat what we have been claiming all along. Only if Hamas is on its knees with weapons around their necks and the kidnapped are turned from an asset into a burden will we bring a deal that will bring everyone back and we will win the war.".
The families of the forum emphasized that they wish to make it clear to the political echelon that "the people are strong and the army is strong and wants to fight, and if there are those who do not have the spirit of victory and the strength of heroism, they should step aside and let others do the work.".
