Important news in the Jerusalem housing market: The Jerusalem Planning and Building Committee decided to submit a plan for a total area of approximately 1.8 dunams, in a complex located between HaAchlama and Anfa Streets.

Do you recognize that your child is very talented? Boost him/her with courses for the ultra-Orthodox?

This is a plan by the 'Omer & Tnufa' group, consisting of a collaboration between two leading companies in their field - the entrepreneurial company, Tnufa, managed by Eli Povarsky, and the veteran executive company, Omer Engineering and Construction, managed by Baruch Hadad - and under which 180 housing units will be built in a 34-story building, with about 40 of the total housing units being allocated for small apartments.

In addition to the housing units, the plan proposes improving the public space, including by widening the road, expanding the area of the public building adjacent to the complex, and establishing a connection between HaAchlama Street and Hanfa Street. In addition, the plan incorporates public spaces in the complex that will be used for a cluster of daycare centers and two kindergartens, as well as neighborhood commercial spaces for the benefit of the apartment owners.

Currently, the complex has 36 housing units in a 4-story housing building, which will be vacated in favor of the new project. The plan was submitted, as mentioned, by the company 'Omer & Tnufa', and prepared by Studio O2A Ltd.

The program is represented by the law firm of S. Friedman Abramson. The attorney representing the tenants is the Eli Tusia Cohen law firm.

The company's CEO Eli Povarsky: "We see Gilo as a neighborhood with a great future that is being realized by making public transportation accessible via the light rail and creating a direct connection to all parts of the city. I am certain that the project will contribute significantly to the development and growth of the neighborhood in particular and Jerusalem in general."

The 'Omer & Tnufa' group is one of the leading companies in Jerusalem in the field of entrepreneurship and urban renewal. The company is currently engaged in a variety of projects in the process of construction, including a 65-unit luxury apartment building on 59 Jaffa Street, a 300-unit housing and hotel project designed by American architect Ian Bader on Hillel Street, a multi-dimensional evacuation and construction project that will spread over 3.5 dunams on Herzl Boulevard and include two towers and 250 residential apartments, and 1,200 units that are planned in three major urban renewal projects in Pisgat Ze'ev,

In total, the company is expected to build approximately 2,000 units throughout the city.
