Outgoing Government Companies Authority Director Michal Rosenbaum published a letter to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Saturday, in which she accused the Minister in charge, David Amsalem, of leading improper processes - and accused the Prime Minister of refraining from intervention, despite her requests.

Over the past year, there have been several public confrontations between Rosenbaum and the minister, with the two publishing official letters accusing each other of harsh conduct.
