The Israel Police today (Monday) filed a summary indictment against a resident of the territories who threatened to carry out an attack.
On Saturday, at 11:08 p.m., the 100 hotline received a call from a man who said he was at the Geha junction in Bnei Brak - and said: "I want to murder my father to death..." and later in the conversation he added: "I'm now imagining going to kill someone Haredi so that you can destroy his house...""
Police officers from the Bnei Brak station began immediate searches of the reported location, during which they located the suspect, 19 years old from the town of Fara'a Al-Jiftlik in the Jordan Valley - and he was transferred for questioning at the Bnei Brak station, at the end of which he was imprisoned.
Since then, his detention has been extended from time to time.
Upon completion of the investigation, the Tel Aviv District Prosecution Unit today filed an indictment against the suspect for threats and illegal entry or residence in Israel, as well as a request for detention until the end of the proceedings.
