
Early Monday morning, two shuttle vehicles collided head-on on Highway 5504 near the Eyal Interchange - and as a result of the accident, 14 passengers were injured, including two in critical condition, two in serious condition, and the rest in moderate and light conditions.
Nathan Ben Rachel, who was on his way to Meron last night, and his vehicle was involved in a head-on accident.
Among those critically injured in the accident was Nathan Ben Rachel, a 30-year-old resident of Beit Shemesh, a father of three small children, who was on his way to Meron.
He was hospitalized in the intensive care unit at Meir Hospital in Kfar Saba, and underwent several surgeries today.
His family and friends appealed for prayers for his complete recovery.
Israel Police traffic investigators arrived at the scene this morning and collected findings as part of an investigation into the circumstances of the accident.
