In Jerusalem, about 200 people gathered on Saturday evening near the recruitment office, located on Rashi Street, to protest the arrest of Eliyahu Cohen, a yeshiva student from Ashdod, who is incarcerated in Prison 4, after he failed to report to the 'first order.'. The protesters prayed on the street for Shabbat and evening prayers, after which they broke out into dancing and singing "Advice, advice, and sewing.". Eliyahu Cohen, a student at the 'Erchot David' yeshiva, was imprisoned for 20 days last week. Last Thursday, violent protests took place in Jerusalem and Bnei Brak demanding his release.
