MK Miri Regev was a guest tonight (Saturday) on the program 'Meet the Press' on Channel 12.

What began as a casual interview, during which she addressed her position in the party and the Shironim, quickly spiraled into a confrontation - after Ma'shal became angry with Sergev, who, she claims, did not answer the questions she was asked.

""I believe that I will maintain my position in the Likud's top five," Regev said at the beginning of the interview. "With God's help, I believe that the Likudists who see what I have done and what I have done, the revolutions I have led - will think carefully about what list we put on. That we will not bring a list of Michal Shir, the wise man...".

Let's talk about the armor - we're talking about Silman, Auerbach, Gal Hirsch, maybe Ayelet Shaked.

""It's no secret that I oppose shields. I think that a democratic party that goes to the primaries should not have shields. Ultimately, it is the privilege of the party chairman along with the Likud institutions.".

""I think Gal Hirsch definitely deserves protection in the Likud after what she went through and what she took from the legal system," she emphasized. "Ayelet Shaked certainly doesn't deserve protection. She took votes from the right in favor of the left, and I call on people on the right not to vote for Ayelet Shaked. Shaked missed her opportunity and lied to the public with Bennett.".

The question that led to the conflict was surrounding the wedding of MK Moshe Gafni's granddaughter and the possibility of United Torah Judaism joining a party other than Likud after the elections.

What does it mean that Gafni is undermining the alliance with Likud?

MK Regev replied: "The Hindu consciousness works. You know what they say about the Ulpanim Party. Neve Ilan is the headquarters of Prime Minister Yair Lapid, who wants to be re-elected. The Ulpanim Party is caressing him. We'll talk about Hadas Klein soon.".

After the former minister did not address the issue of MK Gafni, Matzliah became angry: "I am no longer ready for this. Go to your campaign, hold a conference and give speeches, but in the studio you must answer questions. I asked about Gafni, answer about Gafni.".

Only afterwards did MK Regev respond: "I don't think he is undermining the alliance with Likud, I think that Gafni has no other way. Lapid is bringing in 45 seats, he cannot form a government without Ra'am and the joint coalition. I don't see Gafni going to a government with Lapid, who is proud of the fact that he didn't form a government with the Haredim.".
