Homemade mayonnaise: How to make it at home from natural products

Ingredients:

2 egg yolks

A glass of oil

Juice from half a lemon

2 crushed garlic cloves

A little salt and ground pepper

 preparation:

• Place all ingredients into the BAMIX work container: egg yolks, salt, pepper, lemon juice, oil and crushed garlic cloves.

• Attach the perforated disc to the blender shaft and insert the shaft into the container, while holding the shaft vertically.

• Press the power button and, with a pulling motion, slowly lift the rod up, then down, and so on until you get a thick spread.

• The emulsion forms in just a few seconds, creating an exceptionally thick and rich mayonnaise.

• Can be served as a side dish with fries.
