For Shavuot: Salmon with shallot teriyaki sauce, alongside baby potatoes with a fire

Ingredients (10 servings):

For the salmon:

10 servings of fresh salmon, 3 cm wide, 250 ml

Teriyaki sauce:

150 ml chili sauce

5 shallots

A handful of black sesame seeds

oil

How to prepare:

• Finely chop the shallot. Heat a pot with a little oil. Fry until golden brown.

• Add the remaining ingredients and cook for 10 minutes, until the sauce is reduced.

• When ready, place on top of the fish. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 18 minutes.

For baby potatoes:

3 kilos of baby potatoes with the skin on

2 cloves of garlic, crushed

olive oil

2 teaspoons cumin

2 teaspoons smoked paprika

salt

pepper

How to prepare:

• Wash the potatoes, place in a tray

• At the same time, place the seasoning ingredients in a bowl.

• Stir well to release flavors.

• Pour over the potatoes and mix well.

• Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake, uncovered, for 40 minutes.'
