
3 cups cooked round rice (preferably cooked a day old)
1 package sweet cream
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon salt
A cup of grated mozzarella
One egg
A cup of breadcrumbs
Sauce ingredients:
3 cups of sweet cream
1/3 cup tomato sauce
Half a teaspoon of salt
A quarter teaspoon of black pepper
A glass of oil
A cup of chopped green onions
Ungrated lump Parmesan cheese
In a mixing bowl, place all of the following ingredients:
3 cups cooked round rice
1 package sweet cream
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon salt
A cup of grated mozzarella
Mix everything until you get a dough and form each into medium-sized balls.
Coating:
Roll each ball in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs.
Deep fry the balls in oil until golden brown.
How to prepare the sauce:
Heat in a medium saucepan.
1/3 cup sweet cream
1/3 cup tomato sauce
Season with half a teaspoon of salt and a quarter teaspoon of black pepper.
Wait until the sauce reduces.
Method of submission:
Pour the prepared sauce into a deep plate.
Place 2-3 balls on top. Place Parmesan cheese slices and chopped green onions.
