The Arabs arrived at the Shafia plantations - between Zichron Yaakov and Foreidis - and near the workers, they sprayed the truck with dozens of bullets, shouting in an Arabic accent, "We will destroy you." They also called out the name of the Jewish landowner, in his 80s, a scion of the family of the colony's founders - and then left.
Police arrested three Foreidis residents, ages 20-54, on suspicion of shooting.
Shlomi's son, who manages the plot with him, told Yoav Itiel of the Walla website that he has no idea what is behind the unusual event.
