His family members living in the Holy Land have been notified of his passing. His coffin is expected to arrive in Jerusalem.

The late Rabbi Menachem Mendel was born in the month of Elul 1941 in the town of Grossvordingen in Romania to his father, the late Rabbi David Zvi Schneibleg, a dayan in the Vizhnitz community and the Rosh Yeshiva in Grossvordingen.

In his youth, he studied with the author of 'Damascus Eliezer' from Vizhnitz, zt"l. Later, he published his rabbi's book 'Tehillim Damascus Eliezer'.

When he reached his peak, he married his wife, Rebbetzin Feiga, daughter of the tzaddik Rabbi Moshe Yehuda Ehrnreich, zt"l, Av Beit Din of Shimlo. After the birth of their son, she died, and he married his second wife, Rebbetzin Bluma, daughter of the late Rabbi Shraga Paul Steinmetz, zt"l.

In 1968, after the passing of his father, who served as the rabbi of the religious community in Manchester, he ascended to his throne and filled his place - to this day, for more than a century.

The late Ztz"l authored the responsa "Seftei Ani" on the Shulchan Aruch, "Seftei Ani" on the Torah, "Seftei Menachem" - sermons on holidays, and "Seftei Ani" on the chapters of the Apostolic Fathers.

He left behind a blessed generation of righteous people, sons and daughters, sons-in-law and many descendants.

His sons are the Rebbe of Chernovtsy, USA, Rabbi Chaim Pavel Schneibel, Av Beit Din of Avreich in Monsey, Rabbi Yisrael Schneibel, Av Beit Din of Bolkhov in the Borough Park neighborhood, Rabbi Yitzhak Isaac Schneibel, Av Beit Din of Belza-Makhnovka in the Williamsburg neighborhood, and Rabbi Pinchas Schneibel, Rosh Yeshiva of Vizhnitz in London.
