The young man arrived at a medical center yesterday complaining of pain in his heart and a rapid heartbeat - and was quickly taken to the hospital.

Dr. Badarna Baha told News 12 that the young man said he received the vaccine five days ago and reported symptoms of chest pain, rapid heartbeat, shortness of breath, and sharp pain while breathing.

The doctor, who assessed that it was an inflammation of the heart muscle, performed rapid blood tests that indicated a heart problem and immediately referred him to the hospital.

Dr. Abdallahi Farooji, medical director at the center, noted that it is not possible to determine with certainty that the inflammation in the heart muscle developed as a secondary result of the vaccine, as coronavirus disease can also cause the disease, but the fact that the symptoms began immediately after the vaccine raises suspicion that an immunological reaction may have caused the inflammation.
