Baruch Dayan, the true judge: In Jerusalem, the late Rabbi David Yochanan Biderman, zt"l, one of the elders of the Karlin-Stolin Hasidim, passed away at the age of 87.

The late Rebbe was born in Jerusalem on the 15th of Tevet 1935, as the second son of his father, the Rebbe of Lelov Jerusalem.

When he reached his prime, he married the daughter of the late Rabbi Yehoshua Zeinwirt, one of the tzaddikim of Jerusalem.

The late zt"l, who was known as a scholar, huddled in the shadow of the Rebbe of Karlin-Stolin, and for many years gave lessons at the Great Hall of the Karlin-Stolin Hasidim in Jerusalem.

In recent years he has become very weak. Last year he was hospitalized, unconscious, and many prayed for his recovery - and this morning he passed away.

In the past two years, his brothers, the late Rabbi Aharon Pinchas Yosef Biderman, and the late Rabbi Yisrael Dov Biderman, Rosh Yeshiva 'Divrei Emet', passed away.

The funeral procession left today from Karlin Stolin's Beit Midrash on Avinoam Yellin Street in Jerusalem at 1:30 PM, for the Beit La'Alov Rebbe's plot on the Mount of Olives - where he will be buried.
