The sages of Israel have established in us: The Gaon Rabbi Meshulam David Halevi Soloveitchik, head of the Brisk yeshiva and elder of the yeshiva heads, has apparently been infected with the coronavirus.

The Rosh Yeshiva is connected to oxygen at his home, in the Gush 80 neighborhood in Jerusalem, due to breathing difficulties, following acute pneumonia.

The 99-year-old Rosh Yeshiva has been feeling weak lately, since the holiday of Sukkot.

During the holiday, the Rosh Yeshiva, Garbash Deutsch of the Jerusalem faction, visited his home, and the elderly Rosh Yeshiva sat without a mask during the visit.

The yeshiva head tested negative, but he is suffering from symptoms of the virus.

At the beginning of last winter, the yeshiva head was hospitalized in serious condition, but by the grace of God he recovered and returned home.

Pray for the recovery of the eminent Rabbi Meshulam David ben Alethe Handel.
