The Rebbe of Belza-Makhnovka took off this morning (Thursday) on a Bezeq flight to London, to console the patron of the court, the presiding Rabbi Elish Englander, who is sitting in 'Sheva' on the passing of his wife Sarah, who passed away yesterday at the age of 88, after a serious illness.

The Rebbe took off with several of his associates and his sons, and is expected to return to Israel on a flight tonight.

Governor Rabbi Elish Englander, whose fortune is estimated by the British financial newspapers at £330 million, supports the Belza-Makhnovka Hasidism with millions.

The governor's sons, the Gaon Rabbi Shalom, serve as the Domtz of Belza-Makhnovka in London, and the Gaon Rabbi Yaakov Yehoshua – as the Rosh Yeshiva of Belza-Makhnovka in Bnei Brak.

Upon landing in London, the Rebbe of Belza-Makhnovka was detained at the airport.

A source in London told Haredim 10: "The Rebbe is a man of truth. He did not want to sign a lie. Upon entering, he was required to sign that he would only be at one address, but the plan was that he would stay at one address, but leave to seek comfort at another address.".

Finally, the activists managed to arrange that, although he would be staying at a different address, he would be able to enter London to come and comfort the mourners.
