""To this end," he said, "it is necessary to take several immediate actions starting this Sunday:

1. The obligation to establish a 24/7 task force that will include representatives from the police/health funds/Home Front Command, headed by a task force director who will be subordinate to the mayor. The task force will have the authority to monitor tests, conduct epidemiological investigations, and decide on a lockdown in cooperation with and through the police.

2. Preventing initial infection by preventing gatherings, preventing contact between confirmed patients and their family members, and of course increasing the rate of mask-wearing – all through massive outreach.

3. Increasing the number of tests and streamlining the testing processes, with a joint effort by all health funds that will need to increase availability for testing and significantly shorten service times - from referral to sampling and results.

4. Increasing the availability of epidemiological investigations – and expanding the cooperation of the Haredi public to quickly carry out investigations in order to interrupt the chains of infection.

5. Evacuation to hotels for anyone who needs and desires it, in addition to financial and social support for those in capsule isolation within the family unit.

6. Mapping the social and economic needs in each authority so that government ministries can assist with this.

7. The work of the Haredi authorities in relation to all parties will be the sole responsibility of Maj. Gen. (res.) Roni Noma, in coordination with the Command Maj. Gen. and the Ministry of Defense.
