Will the Haredim oppose the disqualification of Hiva Yazbak, a member of the Knesset from the Balad party in the Joint List faction?
After Yisrael Beiteinu announced that it would demand the MK's disqualification, MK Ofir Katz of the Likud also announced last night that he would submit a request to personally disqualify MK Yazbak.
Katz noted in his request that Yazbak "has systematically supported for years terrorists and spies who have committed terrible crimes against the State of Israel and its residents. There is no place in the Israeli Knesset for someone who supports a family murderer who crushes the skull of a 4-year-old girl with the butt of a rifle, spies for the terrorist organization Hezbollah, and terrorists who shoot at civilians.".

However, while the Blue and White and Shas factions have already announced that they will support the disqualification request, Torah Judaism is opposed to joining the Likud and Yisrael Beiteinu demand.
MK Encouraged Forer Valid: ""MK Moshe Arbel informed me that the Shas faction will join the request. Excellent. It remains to hear MK Moshe Gafni's position on his faction. He doesn't have Twitter, but there are certainly enough of his activists here who, in addition to a kosher phone, also have a smartphone and Twitter to say what United Torah Judaism's position is.".
He later tweeted: "For those who were tense... the United Torah Judaism deal with the Arab parties is alive and well. The main thing is that the Finance Committee will remain in the hands of MK Gafni with the joint support of Tibi and Bibi.".
Finance Committee Chairman, MK Moshe Gafni, responded: "The Yisrael Beiteinu party, from the first to the last, spreads lies day and night that have nothing to do with the facts.
"We are fed up, the public is fed up.".
Political commentator Yaakov Rivlin responded: "I really hope MK Gafni will withstand the pressure from the Haredi media and not join the request to disqualify Hiba Yazbak from the joint party. A. Disqualifications are always overturned by the High Court of Justice. B. Whoever takes her place will not be a lover of Israel either. C. Everything Lieberman does must be done in the opposite direction. D. The connection with the Arabs prevented Lieberman from taking control of the Finance Committee. E. An Arab MK is always preferable to an anti-Semitic MK from Yisrael Beiteinu.".
