On the evening of Shabbat, Parashat Masei, a special evening of encouragement was held in the city of Elad for the city's youth, on behalf of the head of the Artists' Kollel, Rabbi Chaim Romano, who entertained the attendees of the shiur held every morning - among them the great singers, who performed during the evening.

The evening was held in collaboration with Elad Mayor Israel Porush and Head of the Nosher Youth Department Yehikam Gamliel.

 During the evening, a siyam of a tractate that was studied in the Kollel Omanim was held, to allow for the listening of music during the three weeks.
Among the singers who performed were the great Mizrahi singer Yaniv Ben Mashiach, singer Gad Elbaz, Itzik Eshel, Shimon Tobul and Yitzhak Keinan.
Participating and hosting the evening were: Amiram Ben Lulu and Yehuda Shukron.
Also volunteering were: the golden-fingered David Bitan, who came with the keyboards, and the photographer Kobi Shira, who presents a video gallery.
