The story of the High Priest's work in the Holy of Holies on that great and terrible day moved him greatly, and the melody seemed to explode in his heart.

""Whenever I came to this section in the Yom Kippur supplement, the exciting stage in which you accompany the work of the High Priest in the Temple, I was so moved in prayer that I wanted to convey my experience that I feel from the work of the High Priest - outward," he describes.

Ribault made sure to arrange the work in an impressive orchestral production, with string instruments and a large choir, to give the listener a sense of the nature of the Levitical service in the Temple.

In Seder Ha'avad, Yishai provides a contemporary interpretation of the work of the priests in the Temple: "The goal is to make the idea of the Seder Ha'avad accessible in a simple way to everyone, because it is quite difficult to imagine what happens there, along with the details of the sacrifices, offerings, and hallucinations. Through the song, I wanted to enter into the experience of the High Priest, who enters the Holy of Holies once and for all, what he goes through and what the tense public goes through, praying that he will be able to do his work and... exit the Holy of Holies in peace.".

Seder Ha'avado is the second single. The previous one was Haleb Sheli, which was very successful on radio channels and had millions of views on YouTube. The album 'Elul 5779' is expected to be released on the 15th of Elul, and will include songs and piyyutim in the atmosphere of the Days of Mercy and Forgiveness, alongside new original songs.

The album features piyyutim from all denominations and traditions: Ashkenazi Uchila alongside the Sephardic Lech A-Li, a Moroccan piyyut alongside a melody by Rabbi Carlebach, and the hits Nafsi with Moti Steinmetz and the popular Hlav Sheli.

Musical arrangement and production: Maor Shoshan and Vishai Ribo • String and wind orchestration: David Eichlavitz
