After three songs, in which emotional therapist Mordechai Roth hosted three singers - Adi Ran, Yuval Sela and Eliezer Botzer - he chose to sing the fourth song alone.

This is a completely different song from his previous songs.

Mordechai Roth tells how he came to write and compose the song: "Jewish" - this word has a very deep meaning, there are no words that can describe the infinite depth that lies in the word "Jewish".

In recent months, attacks have increased and Jewish blood has been shed again and again. The murders of Raziel Shevah, Itamar Ben Gal, Ari Fuld, the murders in the Barkan industrial area in Samaria, and other Jews, may God avenge their blood, who were murdered for the sanctification of God.

When I heard about what happened in the synagogue in Pittsburgh, that 11 Jews were murdered just because they were Jews - my heart and soul weep. The blood of our Jewish brothers was shed for only one reason, because we were Jews... I couldn't stand by, I took the guitar and played to myself with mournful thoughts. As I pluck the strings, I find myself thinking that despite the terrible sadness over Jewish blood spilled like water, there is hope, because those who are trying to destroy us simply don't understand, nothing will help them.

Exactly, as it is written in the Haggadah: "In every generation and generation they rise up against us to destroy us, and the Holy One, blessed be He, saves us from their hands." Once upon a time, these were the Romans, the Greeks, the Crusaders, the Nazis, and now the Arab terrorists. But that simply won't help them at all, we are Jews and God is simply with us. They will try and try, but G-d is on our side and nothing will help, God in the end saves us...

Then, while I was meditating, a song played to me, a song of hope, of strength, of joy - a song of faith, because despite all the pain and torment we go through, we the Jewish people will always prevail with God's help.

Words:

That in every generation, there are those who stand against us to destroy us.

I am Jewish, God is always with me, you will not be able to break me, I'm Jewish
