4 eggs

50 grams cornstarch

1/2 cup sugar

A pinch of cinnamon

6 Grand Smith apples'

100 grams butter, melted

A little brown sugar

Preparation method:

• In a mixer bowl, beat eggs with sugar until fluffy and airy.

• Gently fold the white cheese and sour cream into the egg foam.

• Add the cinnamon, fold in gently and set aside.

• Slice the apples into 2-3 mm thick slices and fry them in a pan with a little melted butter and brown sugar.

• Pour a little of the cheese into a greased baking dish, arrange a layer of lasagna sheets on top (no need to cook them in advance) and top them with a layer of apples. Again lasagna sheets, cheese and apple slices.
