
Components:
1 kg flour
540 grams butter (or lard)
770 grams of brown sugar like this
150 grams eggs
600 grams chocolate chips
12 grams baking soda
17 grams salt
How to prepare:
• Mix butter with sugar in a stand mixer until you get a creamy mass (no lumps of butter), and gradually add eggs.
• Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and add to the mixer until a uniform mixture is formed.
• Drizzle and flatten, place in a preheated oven at 160 degrees and bake for about 7 minutes or until the cookies are browned.
• Cool and add a scoop of ice cream between two cookies.
