Will the Jewish Home and the National Union run separately in the upcoming elections? Not if you ask party chairman Naftali Bennett.

At a toast with members of the Jewish Home branch in Jerusalem, Bennett said last night (Sunday): "The main mission of our generation at this time is to unite the people of Israel, and this is also our mission at Jewish Home, a social party that cares about each and every one of the people of Israel.".

""We always dreamed of influencing the leadership, today we have our hands on the wheel. That is precisely why we must engage in strengthening unity, in connecting and uniting the parts of the nation. We must start from within, within the home, and therefore I call from here to our members of the National Union: Let us unite once and for all. As we proposed then, we also want to do today.".

Hagit Moshe, who was chosen to lead the Jewish Home in Jerusalem in the upcoming elections, received the party chairman's blessing: "I want to wish you much success, Hagit. You are a true public servant and I believe in your leadership. We are all behind you.".

""There is only one home for the national religious and Zionist public in the city, and that is the 'Jewish Home' under my leadership," Moshe said at the event. "In the upcoming elections, we will all unite under one roof in order to win five seats and increase the power of religious Zionism in the city council.".
