Easy to make - and healthy: All you need for this delicious salad from chef Pinchas Belshnikov is a cup of red quinoa, a pack of rocket leaves, and a quarter cup of crumbled feta cheese. And yes, there are a few other ingredients.

 Materials:

A cup of red quinoa
2 tablespoons oil
1 ½ liters of hot water
1 teaspoon salt
A package of rocket leaves
½ cup cranberries
¼ cup cashews
4 sliced ​​radishes
A quarter cup of crumbled feta cheese
1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
1 sweet potato, cut into small cubes
salt
Black pepper
Silane

• Rinse the quinoa well and drain.
• Heat oil in a pot and add the quinoa and fry lightly. Add the salt and boiling water. Continue to cook over medium heat for about 8-10 minutes until soft, but still sizzling.
• Drain the quinoa from the water and transfer to a bowl until completely cooled.
• Cut the sweet potato into small cubes, season with salt, black pepper and a little oil, and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 20-30 minutes until soft - and set aside to cool.
• Before serving, mix all the other ingredients in a bowl with a little oil, salt, and black pepper.
• Glaze the silane from above.
• For those interested, the silane can be replaced with honey.
