Before the grand lighting ceremony at the Zion Dome: The Rebbe of Bayan arrived for a special prayer at the entrance to the cave in the 'Rashbi Knesset of Meron' complex • He read the names of the donors and blessed the activists Perlmutter and Carlebach in preparation for hosting the tens of thousands of immigrants • The Rebbe blessed the wine of the Yeshuas of Chaim Rotel - and lit the candle at the entrance to the cave
