Everyone knows how important it is to have a nutritious breakfast, as it is the most important meal of the day. In every country, different things are eaten according to tradition.
And that's exactly what the following recipe does: Spanish roll recipe.
Ingredients for Spanish omelette roll (for one serving):
2 eggs
A handful of diced red pepper (gamba)
A tablespoon of chopped green onion
A tablespoon of chopped parsley
50 grams of boiled and grated potato.
*It is recommended to add a little spice to the dish by adding Arisa/Tabasco/Chili powder)
1 tortilla (preferably 20 diameter)
Avocado spoon
A tablespoon of grated Bulgarian cheese
Ingredients for the salsa dip:
125 grams roasted pepper
25 grams chopped onion
A pinch of sugar
10 grams chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
A tablespoon of olive oil
How to prepare the roll:
1. Mix the eggs in a bowl.
2. Add the diced beets, green onions, parsley, and grated potatoes and mix until smooth.
3. Heat and grease a frying pan and pour all the batter into the pan.
4. Attach the tortilla to the batter in the pan.
5. After a few minutes, turn and cook the other side.
6. Spread avocado in the center of the roll and sprinkle with Bulgarian cheese.
7. Roll and cross
Instructions for preparing the dip:
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste.
