The Prime Minister, ministers, MKs, public figures and media figures participated last night in Simchat Hasheva congratulations for the daughter of Shas Chairman Aryeh Deri.

During a speech given by Aryeh Deri at the event, he attacked the decrees imposed by the Netanyahu government on the Haredi public. The prime minister and his wife listened attentively. "We have differences of opinion, we each have different views," Deri said, "I accept and understand the concern of those who worry about what will happen to the continuation of the people of Israel, how much they will work and how much they will study, I accept everything. I just say: Please, remember that the Jerusalem of Ma'ale, which every bride and groom remember at the time of the wedding, is what preserved the people of Israel during thousands of years of exile, it is what preserved us in Russia, Morocco and Tunisia and everywhere in the world.
