The following drinks can be a delicious, varied, and balanced substitute for a complete meal, containing all the nutrients the body needs.

When using shakes from powdered drink mixes for weight control or weight management purposes, the instructions on the product label must be carefully followed.

To make an apple pie smoothie:

2 tablespoons Herbalife vanilla drink mix powder

1 cup (250 ml) low-fat milk

1 cup (175 grams) fresh apple slices

A pinch of cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves

1/2 vanilla pod, halved, seeds removed.

4 ice cubes

Put all the ingredients in a blender.

Stir for a minute.

To make a blueberry and almond smoothie:

Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend for about a minute.

Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend for about a minute.
