3 boiled potatoes, sliced.

3 sliced ​​hard-boiled eggs.

1 medium red onion, sliced.

1 celery leaf, thinly sliced.

1 handful of chopped parsley leaves.

 Ingredients for the sauce:

4 tablespoons mayonnaise.

1 tablespoon mustard.

1/4 teaspoon salt.

A pinch of black pepper.

1 tablespoon sugar.

1/4 teaspoon paprika.

1/4 cup oil.

1 tablespoon vinegar.

 How to prepare:

• Place all the salad ingredients in a bowl.

• Mix all the dressing ingredients until smooth. Pour over the salad and mix gently.
