Ingredients:
• 1 kilogram/6 pieces of salmon fillet.
• 100 ml (half a container) of Rich for cooking and creaming, or another vegetable base for creaming.
• About 6 tablespoons of high-quality pesto.
• A tablespoon of olive oil (optional, depending on whether the pesto is rich in olive oil like Schneider's).
How to prepare:
• Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
• Place the fillet pieces in an aluminum pan.
• Pour 100 ml of cooking liquid and cream, 6 tablespoons of pesto and a tablespoon of olive oil into a large bowl or glass. Mix well.
• Pour over all the salmon pieces, until they are covered with sauce and absorb the flavor well.
• Cover with foil, put in the oven for half an hour, turn off the oven. Remove the foil and let the fish rest for a few minutes in the oven heat.
