Ingredients:

v 1 package of "Bellagio" spaghetti No. 10

v Olive oil to taste

v tablespoon crushed garlic

v Salt, ground black pepper

v A handful of finely chopped basil

v Grated Parmesan cheese

v Sun-dried tomatoes

 

How to prepare:

v Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions.

v Transfer to a colander to filter the water. Heat olive oil in a deep frying pan, add a heaping tablespoon of crushed garlic and a handful of basil, and finally, the sun-dried tomatoes. Fry carefully so as not to burn the garlic, even slightly.

v Once the mixture is golden brown and ready, add the spaghetti and mix well. Turn off the heat, add pepper and salt and mix well.

v serving With love With grated Parmesan cheese.
