The perfect selfie: Danish mobile phone manufacturer Lumigon introduced an interesting innovation this week, announcing the first smartphone with a front-facing camera equipped with an LED flash. The device's specifications have not been fully released, but the company is targeting the high-end market and is giving it a price tag of $1,000.
For Lumigon T2 HD 4.3-inch screen With a 720p HD display resolution (i.e. 341 pixels per inch), Snapdragon processor, 32GB built-in storage, water and dust resistance, and a sound system with ICEpower Developed by Bang & Olufsen and featuring a body that combines glass and metal panels. The operating system is Android KitKat 4.4, and there are also versions with 64GB and 128GB of built-in storage.
The smartphone's standout feature, as mentioned, is what the company calls the FrontFlashThis is an LED light located next to the front camera with a sensor. 2.4 megapixels“Now you can capture the special moments in your life in higher quality, even if it’s dark outside,” notes the company’s CEO Lars Groesen.
The new smartphone will be launched during the second quarter for global distribution, with the base model (with 32GB storage) costing 730 euros – A little more than 3,500 shekels.
