In Bnei Brak, the 'Beer Bat Sheva' home, an employment center for women with disabilities, was inaugurated this week by the 'Ohel Sarah' association.

The new building, which covers an area of approximately 2,400 square meters spread over seven floors located on a raised hill on Safed Street in the city, includes the Lev Rivkah Center, the 21+ Day Center, which already provides a solution to approximately 140 women with intellectual-developmental disabilities at various levels of functioning.

The Lev Rivka Foundation was located in temporary buildings for many years and was named after Rivka Ginsburg, the woman who founded the large enterprise with her husband, which is currently celebrating four decades of activity.

The inauguration of the new employment center was attended by public figures, including the mayors of Bnei Brak: Hanoch Seibert, the current mayor, and Yaakov Asher, the previous mayor - both of whom greatly assisted Ohel Sarah in general and the construction of the building in particular.

Ohel Sarah CEO Malka Weinberg said that when she took office a little over ten years ago, she decided to build a building for the benefit of those in need of the organization's services.

""They told me I was dreaming, but today this dream was made of iron and concrete and became a reality thanks to the many partners who mobilized to complete it.".

The new building, which stands out from afar with its height and splendor, is named after Rebbetzin Bat Sheva Kanievsky, wife of Rabbi Kanievsky.

Weinberg noted the "great miracles" that accompanied the construction of the building, and said that this is the first step towards expanding the activity on the forty-year anniversary of the establishment of Ohel Sarah.
